Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ScoreTT (the “App”), operated by Imagage Inc, a New Jersey corporation located at 9 Lenape Ln, West Windsor, NJ 08550 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services (the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ScoreTT. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to register.
2. Use of the App
ScoreTT lets users record table tennis and carrom scores, manage clubs, schedule matches, and view rankings. You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@scorett.app of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts after repeated failed login attempts or other suspicious activity.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photo, club logo, club announcements, match data). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing), display, and transmit your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the App.
5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate other users or any person;
- submit false scores, fake match results, or manipulate rankings;
- create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or game leaderboards;
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App;
- interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, security, or other users’ use of the App;
- use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Reporting and Moderation
Clubs may post announcements and members may share content with each other. To report objectionable content or abusive behavior, email support@scorett.app or use any in-app reporting tools provided. We commit to reviewing reports and taking action within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts that violate these Terms. We may also block users from contacting you upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Imagage Inc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. DMCA / Copyright Takedown
If you believe content on ScoreTT infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@scorett.app including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material with a URL or sufficient detail, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it.
10. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Google Sign-In, Google Maps, Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Expo Push Notifications. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties; their terms apply when you use those features.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account, at https://scorett.app/delete-account, or by emailing support@scorett.app from your registered email. Deletion is permanent. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is removed and what is retained.
12. Subscriptions and Payments
ScoreTT may offer paid subscriptions and features in the future. Where required, all in-app purchases of digital content on iOS will use Apple In-App Purchase and on Android will use Google Play Billing, and refunds are governed by the respective platform’s policies. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We will publish detailed pricing and refund terms before paid features launch.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ScoreTT is provided for personal, recreational use; match results, rankings, and statistics are for entertainment and informal record-keeping only and are not certified for any official tournament or prize-money purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagage Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Imagage Inc and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Termination
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, User Content license, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new “Effective Date.” Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the App after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.
19. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: (a) these Terms are between you and Imagage Inc, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; (c) Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims of non-conformance, product liability claims, or third-party intellectual property claims; (d) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you; (e) you represent that you are not located in a U.S. embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government restricted-parties list.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Imagage Inc regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
